Prescription Refills

Click here to go to our Portal Entrance where you can login (or create an account if you're a fist time user) and then request a prescription refill.

We refill prescriptions only during office hours, as we need to consult with your physician and evaluate your medical record to check on dosages and medical history. Please plan ahead so you do not run out of important prescriptions. Always have the number of your pharmacy available when you call.

Please Note: The decision to approve online prescription refill requests is at your physician's discretion. If your prescription refill request is denied, your physician will communicate to you the reason your request was denied.
